We accept payments in cash or via Bank Transfer, PayID and Credit Card .

Does Eclipse Currency Exchange have specific guidelines regarding the condition of banknotes accepted for exchange?

While we focus on providing banknotes for various currencies, please note that we do not handle foreign currency coins or outdated banknotes or damage note .

How long does it take for currency to arrive?

We post the currency using Australia express post , order place before 4.00pm can be collected next working day.

Can we request an order for any denomination that we need ?

Normal we carry all denomination for USD and EUR not available on all currencies and are not guaranteed , but it really depends on what stock we have at the time .

any fees are involved ?

normal we not add any fees , may be small fees apply for small transaction .

Why your rates different to rates on google or xe.com?

Google rates are mid market rates which are for indication purpose only. Bank note rates are different to these indication rates.

Remember: The sell rate is always higher than the buy rate. The rates shown on Xe.com are mid-market rates that reflect global values. They are derived from the mid-point between the "buy" and "sell" rates from the global currency markets

How come your rates are better than your competitors in Sydney ?

We keep very less margin on all our currency deals as to provide best possible rates tin Sydney to all our customers.

What if the rates change after I place an order?

You will get the currency at the same rate which you placed the order.
